Governance

An independent-majority governing board holds policy, the risk register and the annual budget, and reviews the Head of School. Its seats are the Chair, an independent educator, an independent safeguarding member, an elected family representative, and the Head, who does not vote on their own review.

The board has not yet met. Its calendar is defined, risk register annually, bias quarterly, assessment validity quarterly, safeguarding annually, and every item currently reads never held. We would rather say that than draw an organization chart.

What we are not

• Not accredited. We have audited ourselves against Cognia, MSA RAIL, CIS, NEASC, the EU AI Act and UNESCO, and we publish the score including what fails. Auditing yourself is not accreditation and we do not present it as such.
• Not a diploma-granting institution recognized by any state.
• Not yet proven. No child has completed a year here.
